We offer a dedicated support line through e-mail. Responses are usually available in one business day, or even in the same day.

Note that support doesn't include new features development, custom development or specific bug fixing requests. Technical support contract requests will be valid for all e-mail from a specific domain (ex. @domain.com) for an install located on the same domain (non-transferable).

If you’re an agency, this is something you can purchase on behalf of a single client or recommend to them. However if you require escalation across your client roaster, please contact us to discuss our outsourced agency help desk services.
