temp directory

i have this error

Could not determine temp directory, please specify a cache_dir manually
please visit my site www.gratis.facciamositi.com

the directory cache is exist and del permssion file is 777 and 755 , i used sub domain and shared host

755 is not correct

Are you using shared hosting? If yes, please, try to change permissions to 755 on that directory. Thanks.

pheraps the program is incvlude prncipaly directory and not directory ../ for sub domain ?
