unable to Create super admin account

Hi install goes well until create admin account step then progress bars start then go back to the same step Im installing seotoaster.v2.3.0.ecommerce on wamp server on localhost win vista hope someone can help

Please, provide us your error.log (or whatever php error log) file contents.

If you are running the Apache web server, add this to the .htaccess file in toaster root

php_flag log_errors On
php_flag ignore_repeated_errors On
php_value error_log /path/to/your/error/log/file
