application.ini file not avialable in download

Application.ini generated during the installation of the toaster. You can not access the file does not install our CMS.

how can i install or where can i get Application.ini and what step should i take for installation

Here is described step by step installation of our CMS - http://www.seotoaster.com/installation.html . After installation, a file in the directory seotoaster_core/application/configs/application.ini
