Plugin Installation Problem

Question

1. I need to install Utub Video Plugin in my seostoster account, the plugin was successfully uploaded and install but does not appear on main menu and even when I am past short code on C it seen that no plugin was install
2. When I am try to install Fbgraph Plugin was upload but does not appear on installation window (plugin list window)
3. In case other plugin like YouTube Upload Plugin was successful uploaded, installed and working perfect

Can you please provide us, what you put in the container?

Also will be good if you provide us php error log too.
