seotoaster migration from one server to another

1.) created zip file of original code
2.) created sql file of original database
3.) installed zip and sql files on the new server
4.) edited /seotoaster_core/application/configs/domain.ini to reflect new database login information, and new website.path
5.) edited /system/coreinfo.php to reflect new path to seotoaster_core
6.) the homepage comes up like on the old server, but selecting any other page from the menu returns an Error 404 - Not Found error
7) moved .htacess file

i keep getting 500 error

Black screen on first opening website

Installation went well, database in place and recognised went to the url www.thegreatesttoyshoponearth.co.uk and I just get a blank screen. Have also tried /go and /go/ and still nothing - what am I doing wrong?

I have installed Seotoaster 2.5 with ecommerce on a Ubuntu 16.04 Server localy.
My setup is as follow:
Ubuntu Server 16.04
PHP 7.0
MySQL Database (seotoaster)
Apache2
phpMyAdmin
Zip Extension
Curl Extension
And all the rest are fine
but http://192.168.1.10/go does not work

Hi, I have a problem with the /go path after successful installation.
This is on a private test server on Apache version 2.4.7 with MySQL version 5.5.44. All PHP modules are working. rewrite is enabled. The server is not accessible outside the local network. I have full control over it.

The .htaccess file is set up correctly. I have added the error.log code suggested in similar posts and the error.log is writable. No errors are reported. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Hi

I made a installation of CMS through my host's "softaculous installer". but I can't login to admin area http:sitefoc.us/toastercms/go getting " there is no such user and password"

Have tried the apache server thing with out any luck.
Have tried to upload through FTP and install from scratch same result.

My error log is empty.

I run php 5.4

No error messages on http://sitefoc.us

when i fill the information in step 3, when i press "Toast It"... it doesnt do nothing. some of the elements in the form even if its filled... it tells me in red: "Value is required and can't be empty". hope you can help me with this problem, thanks.

I just installed Seotoaster and deleted the install folder from the server. But when I go to myquixzle.com/go i get a blank page.

I checked the php conf like you wanted and it was php 5.2. I changed it to 5.4 and it works now. Thanks for the help.

I've installed toaster on nginx. I ported the re-writes in .htaccess to nginx but it doesn't seem to have a re-direct for /go. DO you have the re-writes for nginx that I can use since it's a supported server?

I'm using XAMPP 1.8.2 + PHP 5.4.25 in Windows 7

Step 1: Bravo! All good to go!
Step 2: I press "GO AHEAD" and, after a 1 or 2 minutes,
the same screen of step 2 reappears with no errors (nothing red).
Why isn't it possible to skip to Step 3 in my case?

I checked all posts, all required settings are ok for php.ini, and required php dlls, and XAMPP is working fine with all other popular CMS.

Anyway, I'm trying SeoToaster because I don't like the concept of the CMS I used so far, and I'm pretty sure that SeoToaster is far better.

Today a get an error when i try to install my website.
Important! Make sure you turn OFF Magic quotes, either with the htacces that comes with the package or in your PHP.ini (Otherwise you will get a bunch of'\' in the templates when loading themes).

Installation problem

I can seem to get past the first screen and be able to click next. The Magic quotes error keeps on coming up. I've created a php.ini file and pasted it pretty much everywhere but it hasn't changed anything. I've also replaced my htaccess file with the one provided and still nothing. Any ideas?

I've created the SQL database so i'm ready to run once I get past this stage.

Further to this my hosting site is saying im running php 5.3 which is automatically set to off.

Any progress?

V2.0.5 DB install problems

I've posted this as a reply to a question, but though it was probably best if it was also a question in it's own right, so that it was more searchable/visible.
My post is below:

Ok, just running the 2.5 install again, and on step 2 after filling in the required DB fields I click on "Go ahead!" and get:

Arrrh! Can't install database.
Invalid bind-variable name ':title'

And if then I click on "Go ahead!" again I get:
Arrrh! Can't install database.
Mysqli statement execute error : Duplicate entry 'currentTheme' for key 'PRIMARY'

And that's as far as the install gets.
I have another DB that lets 2.0.4 install with no problems at all.

Any ideas please? Thanks

I am running a local server on linux. PHP 5.3.8. MagicQuotes is off. I get to step 3, fill out the admin name, email, and pass. Click "Toast It" and the page reloads to the same page. I have tried several times, new db each time, same result. Any ideas?

I use the SEOTOASTER on my Win 7 64 bit PC with Xampp 1.8.1 with PHP 5.4.7 and MySQL 5.5.27
All the checks are OK and I am bravo, All good to do! but when I press the Next button the page will not change a rapid text with LOADING can I sea, but nothing to do.
what is wrong on my installation?

using ":" in the installer database setup field gives an error (please fill all required fields)

I have just downloaded the CMS and E-commerce today trying on both live and local host:

The Local host just keeps saying "check again" with the warnings:
1) Curl extension for PHP
2) Important! Make sure you turn OFF Magic quotes
3) Optional but recommended: IonCube Loader

For the live version I only got the error:
turn OFF Magic quotes; to resolve this on the file step1.phtml on line 36 I changed "true" to "false"

Which gave me all green OK's but there is still no NEXT button only CHECK AGAIN

Any ideas how I can resolve these issues?

Hello!

I've been trying many times to install SEOTOASTER, but it just can't get past Step 2. It displays the following error message when I click the "GO AHEAD" button :

Arrrh! Can't install database.
SQLSTATE[01000]: Warning: 1265 Data truncated for column 'err_login_landing' at row 5
=======================================

I have tried deleting the database and creating it again and again, to no avail. The installation does work up to a certain point, as I can see data in some of the tables of the database.

I am running the following configuration :

PHP: 5.3.3
MySQL: 5.5.28
OS : CentOS 6.3

Please note that Apache, PHP and SEOTOASTER are not on the same server hosting the MySQL database.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I downloaded Seotoaster and unzipped on my server and pointed my browser to the mysite.com/folder installed.
I can not go to the next page on the first step of installation. all the server requirements are "OK", but i'm unable to find " Next Step " to continue. I only see 'Check again' button.

Web server: Apache2, Nginx. Any web server that can do re-writes and support php should work too (not tested).
Дальше ноль .... в чём может быть причина?
